Alerts and tickets
One Down alert when a monitor misses its window. One recovery when the next heartbeat arrives. Connect a destination once on Account, then enable it on each monitor you want notified.
How destinations work
Email is on every plan and on by default. Slack, Discord, Telegram, and GitHub Issues are on Basic and Pro. Connecting a chat app or GitHub does not turn it on for existing monitors — enable it per monitor. A monitor needs at least one destination.
Reminders
On Basic and Pro, Gonewatch sends another alert if a monitor stays Down. Chat destinations get another message. GitHub Issues get another comment. Free is the first Down and the recovery only. Compare plans.
Email
Every planInbox on Down and recovery. On by default for every monitor, on every plan.
Slack
Basic and ProDown, reminder, and recovery in one Slack channel. Connect a workspace on Account.
Discord
Basic and ProSame alerts in a Discord channel, posted through a webhook — not a bot member.
Telegram
Basic and ProA private chat or one group with the Gonewatch bot. Start from Account, not search.
GitHub Issues
Basic and ProOpens one ticket when a monitor goes Down, comments while it stays Down, and closes it on recovery.
Linear tickets
Basic and ProOpens one issue when a monitor goes Down, comments while it stays Down, and marks it Done on recovery.
