Inbox alerts on every plan. On by default for every monitor.
Down, recovery, and (on paid plans) reminder emails go to the address on your account. You do not connect a mailbox — sign-in email is the destination.
On every monitor
Turn email off on a monitor only if another destination is already enabled there. A monitor needs at least one destination. If you disconnect Slack, Discord, Telegram, or GitHub and email was off, email is turned back on for those monitors.
Reminders
On Basic and Pro, another email is sent if the monitor stays Down. Free is the first Down and the recovery only.
